The Programmable Solutions Group PSG has been delivering industry-leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the world's first reprogrammable logic device in 1984. In order to take advantage of the many opportunities that we see in the future for FPGA's, PSG is looking for a PDP Regional Operations Coordinator to join our team.
PDP is part of PSG's direct customer support strategy offered to select customers. Choice supply chain activities are serviced through a dedicated Partner that is distinctly separate from traditional distribution business and acts as an extension of PSG Customer Operations team. The program provides a unified supply chain globally, developed to address customers' evolving needs in supply and is structured to allow in region customer support.
As a PDP Regional Operations Coordinator, with the Business Management Team, tasks you will be responsible for;

• Walking customers through the PDP program and understanding their specific business needs

• Working with customer to find solutions to their needs through PDP

• Organizing and attending biweekly team meetings to address open issues and collaborate for solutions.

• Running monthly asset and consignment inventory reviews and address identified issues.

• Coordinating PDN and PCN management both internally and with our PDP partner

• Communicating and documenting any procedure changes and insure support feasibility with PDP partner

• Reviewing and updating exception reports

• Reviewing POS data for program leakage

• Monitoring divestiture and acquisition activities impacting customers in the PDP program

• Working closely with the Business Operations and Business Management teams on activities relating to pricing

• Coordinate business reviews for both internal and external stakeholders

• Aligning with Regional sales, Channel, Sales, Customer Operations and Business Operations leadership for PDP in the geo

• Leadership role in PDP transitions in and out of the program

• Coordinating cross geo alignment on issues

• Measure operation performance for regions / program

The ideal candidates will:

• Self-motivated and results oriented with attention to detail and quality

• Relationship building and cross functional teamwork skills to work with connecting business units and departments

• Creative problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced working environment

• General knowledge of supply chain workings and general distribution channel

• Good communication skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft programs eg. Word, Excel, Power Point, Viso, Project

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's Degree or other relevant third level qualification

• Some supply chain, program management, order management, planning or related experience in a semiconductor or high-tech company.

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
