Healogics is hiring a Full-Time Social Media and Brand Specialist located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, hybrid schedule

Job Summary:
Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.

Healogics is looking for a Social Media and Brand Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the team in creating, managing, and adapting content for use in social media outlets and campaigns. This person will be responding and promoting engagement in all outlets. Must be a dynamic storyteller, well-organized, and a strong communicator that is up-to-date on the most contemporary social channels.
As the Social Media and Brand Specialist, you will oversee all social media campaigns and engagement strategies with wound care centers across the nation. This includes research, content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting.
All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage Healogics brand on social media channels.
  • Manage social media calendar.
  • Work with wound care centers nationwide to create a social media strategy that collaborates with the home office.
  • Research wound care influencers, competitors, and trends in the wound care industry.
  • Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.
  • Monitor sites for opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of Healogics.
  • Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis; includes clicks, likes, and all metrics.
  • Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect Healogics cultural beliefs.
  • Attend networking, educational, and community events.
  • Work with marketing and communications to stay up-to-date on blogs, website content, and podcasts.
  • Create an overall social marketing process and create SOPs, by audience.
  • Encourage engagement with team members to interact with each platform; respond to questions and comments.
  • Brand Ambassador Program coordination
  • Stay abreast of social media trends, healthcare issues, and technology-related opportunities to serve as a knowledgeable leader and system resource.
  • Lead Generation and A/B Testing: Actively test new channels, messaging, copy, audiences, creative, and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental conversions.
  • Work with executive team to produce relevant content and interaction with Healogics social channels.
  • Onsite meetings and events support. Attend specified events and capture photo/video content for social media, as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or like area preferred.
  • Experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Google Communities, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Fishbowl and more.
  • 3 years of social media experience, or similar experience with marketing, communications or events.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Sprout Social, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Video editing skills are a plus.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.

Salary for this position generally ranges between $62,500-$70,000/year. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications: education, experience, geography as well as operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
