We are currently hiring a Social Media Coordinator, Dogfish Head Hospitality in Milton, DE .

*A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams’ weekly schedule.

We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator to dive into our off-centered world of hospitality! Working as part of the Brand team, the Hospitality Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for the successful execution of content and day-to-day engagement across all Dogfish Head hospitality digital platforms, helping to grow our channels and communities while ensuring the brand voice is on-point. The ideal candidate will be digital savvy, have a passion for the hospitality industry, love the idea of bouncing between our properties, and has a thirst for discovering the latest trends. A desire to immerse themselves in all things Dogfish Head hospitality is also a must – Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats, Dogfish Head’s Chesapeake & Maine, Dogfish Inn, and Dogfish Head Tasting Room & Kitchen.

What You'll Brew:

  • Manage content across hospitality digital and social channels, including website and email marketing.
  • Manage hospitality marketing efforts, including amplification of events in partnership with the Hospitality Marketing Manager & Events Specialist.
  • Monitor online conversations across Dogfish Head channels and respective competitors, acting as the voice of the brand and responding to every tweet, DM, comment and more in real-time to foster brand advocacy.
  • Create content such as photos, Boomerangs, quick videos, Stories, live streams and more to maintain a robust content calendar.
  • Participate in live event coverage regionally and across Dogfish Head properties, publishing real-time content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager and Hospitality Marketing Manager to activate social media ad campaigns, as well as monitor, and report on performance.
  • Ensure consistent customer-facing communications across channels, drafting social media-friendly messaging for initiatives like new product launches, events, programs, and FAQs.
  • Actively engage with adjacent communities across platforms and channels to encourage community engagement and brand goodwill among new and existing fans.
  • Stay up to date on emerging digital and social media trends and changes, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
  • Bring new ideas to the table based on insights from our community of fans – from channels to content.
  • Create weekly / monthly reports on social media efforts, trends, and opportunities.
  • Travel required between all Dogfish Head locations – Milton, Lewes, and Rehoboth weekly.

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Extraordinary communication and copywriting skills.
  • Experience using social media for businesses, including page administration.
  • Ability to work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering community.
  • Experience with social media listening tools like Sprinklr / Khoros / Hootsuite a plus.
  • Creative or content development experience a plus, and desire to support content strategy across brands is a necessity.
  • Entrepreneurially minded, eager to learn and take on new and varied responsibilities.
  • Experience in hospitality and / or tourism preferred.
  • Must be available to work some nights and weekends.
