The Social Media Specialist will help scale the business by growing brands such as Guy Fieri, G Hughes, Gia Russa, and Little Italy in the Bronx through social media channels. The candidate MUST reside in Pittsburgh or surrounding area as traveling to Corporate office in Boardman, OH will be required.

• Create social media content and collaborate and assist VP of Brands and other designers and their campaigns for the following social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Drive organic social media engagement by generating and executing a social media strategy across various platforms.
• Engage with our followers and community. Conduct online relationship management by responding to comments and questions based off posted content in regard to product questions: ingredients, nutritional facts data, recipe usage, etc,
• Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, trends, and best practices, and then acting on the information by passing along to the social media content creators.
• Research social media influencers and other brands for collaboration and giveaways. Develop influencer relationships and coordinate/manage those campaigns
• Public Relations and Copywriting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in editing utilizing Adobe programs, or other smartphone or iPhone video editing software.
