You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting a variety of applications systems as well as providing customized software solutions for our freight management applications.

What is expected of you:

• Bachelor's degree, with technical emphasis, from four-year College or university or equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience.
• 4 years’ experience developing applications in a business environment using Java8+ or Spring based micro services architecture.
• 2 years’ experience developing web/mobile applications using Angular, Javascript, React and Springboot.
• Delivery of high-quality software by writing clean code and utilizing unit test, continuous integration, and code reviews.
• Make recommendations regarding the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
• Participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations.
• Show up to work on time for your scheduled shift.

A major plus if you have:

• Project management, Scrum and Agile Development experience.
• Knowledge of processes and concepts like Git, DevOps, Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integration.
• Experience with event streaming platforms like JMS messaging, Kafka.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
