What Winning Looks Like:
- Build native iOS and Android applications using Xamarin and Xamarin Forms following the MVVM pattern
- Maintain existing web apps in React with Typescript/JavaScript
- Create distributed and highly saleable, restful web services with C#/.NET and Java/Spring in an AWS ecosystem
- Discover in not-yet-adopted technologies such as Blazor Web Assembly, or Flutter for more shareable code
- Mentor junior engineers I architecture and best development practices such as TDD and SOLID
