Resource Innovations is seeking to hire a Software / Web Developer to join our growing team that is focused on delivering solutions to increase the adoption of energy efficiency and clean energy technologies. As a Software / Web Developer, you will build systems for data intake and develop integrations with internal and external (partner-facing) software systems. Key Responsibilities

• Builds systems for data intake including public facing, client facing, partner facing, and internal facing systems
• Works closely with subcontractors to integrate external systems with Resource Innovations systems
• Works collaboratively with peers across the organization including program operations teams
• Software development, debugging analysis and troubleshooting
• Ability to produce documentation and training materials to increase adoption and usability of developed solutions.

• Strong ability to interact with customers, understand their requirements, discuss alternate implementation approaches, understand business logic and design accordingly.
• Proactively look at new and innovative solutions that improve the user experience while increasing performance and scalability.
• Manages effective application of change control processes and tools and manage system enhancement request
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Technical experience with energy efficiency, or related technologies preferred
• 3 or more years software development experience in designing and developing high performing, reliable production systems.
• Previous experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular or React.
• Experience with relational databases, including mySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with leading cloud deployment platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred) and CI/CD automation tools.
• Comfortable in agile development practices using Jira.
• Experience with Salesforce platform development, (including VisualForce, Aura, Apex, SOQL, Flow, LWC, Trigger, etc.)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• High degree of inter-cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness

Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on candidate's qualifications. Resource Innovations also offers three weeks paid vacation per year, paid holidays, discretionary bonus, a retirement plan with employee matching funds and an overall comprehensive benefits package.

The compensation range for this exempt position is $72,000 - $97,000 per year. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate for the duties, responsibilities, skills and experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience and internal equity. Compensation may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates with industry experience.
