Solid Waste Attendant - Part Time Job at Jefferson County, WA
Part-Time Solid Waste Attendant needed for Jefferson County’s Solid Waste Transfer Station in Port Townsend or Quilcene. Responsibilities include fee collection and cash handling, directing vehicles, cleaning facility, and interacting with the public. Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, possess good common sense, and be self-directed and motivated.
Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED and WA State Driver’s License; and, one to three months related experience and/or training; or, equivalent combination of education and experience. More information is available in the .
Work Week
The work week is Monday – Saturday.
The typical work day is 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Compensation
This position works up to 69 hours per month.
Pay is $19 hour.
