Are you a Software Engineer who can configure and implement complex solutions that meet the needs of large Customers?

In this role you’ll be… pivotal in deploying the proprietary CoLOS Applications software toolkit solutions delivered by the Pre Sales and Solutions Packaging Intelligence Group at a regional level.

You’ll have an opportunity to… Build strong relationships with regional sales, implementation, technical support, and project teams involved in the activities needed to deliver the Packaging Intelligence Solutions.

You should possess… the ability to implement software configured to the Customer’s specific requirements, the skills to develop interfaces with external systems and/or database scripts to meet technical specifications, the capacity to conduct system performance tests on the complete solution, install and commission the solution at a Customer’s site in conjunction with the project team, the expertise to provide technical training on the complete solution to customers and the strong communication skills required to relate with Project and Customer Teams properly.

Principal Activities/Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop in-depth knowledge of the complete range of solutions products, hardware, software, supplies, printing technology, system integration, customer applications, and third-party equipment. This knowledge is required to provide high-quality project implementations or technical remote support to all internal and external customers.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the CoLOS suite of applications including CoLOS Application Tools and related database and controls applications.

Frequent travel to deliver large projects to Strategic M-I Customers.

Education and/or Experience Required:

A four-year degree in an industrial engineering discipline or computer science

Three to five years of experience configuring, implementing, and/or supporting integrated software and hardware solutions in a warehouse management system or automated production-controlled environment.

OPC Server, MS SQL Database, or MS Workflow expertise is a plus.
