Reservoir International is looking for Role Players local to the DC area!
General Purpose/Summary/Objective:
The Source Role Player will perform role playing to support scripted scenarios that influence certain aspects of training practical exercises and the execution of a live environment culmination exercise. This position enforces processes and procedures that enhance training realism for the trainees. Scenario based training occurs simultaneously at various locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) in both rural and urban environments.

This position enforces processes and procedures that enhance training realism for the trainees. Scenario based training occurs simultaneously at various locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) in both rural and urban environments.
Essential Functions:
- Operational experience conducting HUMINT operations in current or recent high-threat environments OCONUS or CONUS.
- Able to act out scenes set forth by the client.
- Able to stand, lay still on the floor, walk over hilly terrain, be exposed to loud noises along with any other physical requirements needed to complete the training.
- Strictly follow instructions and guidelines set by either the role player coordinator/instructor/mentor.
- Able to demonstrate and comprehend basic scenario scripts.
- Possess strong oral communication skills.
- A clean background check and drug screen is mandatory. There will be no indicators in the background check that would preclude contractor from handling weapons, ammunition, or pyrotechnics, or would otherwise in good faith represent a risk to U.S. Military personnel. Upon assumption of duties, personnel will be required to sign a letter of non-disclosure.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office and field environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and other standard office equipment.
Physical Demands:
- Required to frequently sit, stand and walk for long periods of time
- Required to reach with hands and arms
- Required to move ten pounds; occasionally lift or move up to twenty-five pounds
- Exposure to hot conditions (over 90 degrees)
- Exposure to cold conditions (below 32 degrees)
- Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions
- Required to perform in both rural and urban environments
- The noise level in the work environment varies
- See details of objects that are less than a few feet away
- Understand the speech of another person
- Speak clearly so listeners can understand
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
Requirements/Qualifications:
- MSO CAT 1 HUMINT Collector course graduate, FTC or OTC Graduate
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Possess a valid Driver's License
Work Authorizations/Security Clearance:
- Must hold and maintain a Secret clearance.
Location of Assignments:
National Capital Region; Richmond, VA; Norfolk, VA; Boston, MA
