Sourcing Specialist job details:

We offer a competitive salary with a range of $87,222.98 - $107,786.30 based on experience and skills. Essential functions:

• Support sourcing projects in tandem with teammates to drive improvements in cost, delivery, and quality.
• Accurately prepare supplier selection recommendations - including RFQ process, supplier evaluation and communication, and participation in sourcing decisions.
• Supervise sourcing activities for New Product Development programs to ensure suppliers are engaged to support prototype and pilot build activities.
• Connect with Category Managers, Operations, Engineering, and Sales/Marketing to ensure project tasks are completed and landmarks met.
• Work in close co-ordination with Purchasing buyers to ensure fulfilment of products at plants.

Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate who has electrical experience and knows how to read pneumatic and schematics. For this role, we ask that talent has 3 years of meaningful electrical sourcing or buying experience, so that the transition is seamless. Additionally, talent applying for this role must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain is helpful, and we believe you will succeed in this role if you have strong problem-solving skills, can communicate effectively, and are open to change.
