Custom Sales Assistant

The position of Custom Sales Assistant will work closely with the Account Coordinators in our growing Custom Clothing Division. The ideal candidate will support the sales staff to ensure the efficient delivery of quotes, contracts, and product. You will be performing interesting and rewarding work in a courteous and professional environment while being exposed to a variety of challenges.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Preparing quotes for the Account Coordinators

· Preparing contracts for signature

· Verifying orders on the PPR on-line store

· Sending fit kits for sizing to customers

· Collecting deposits and final payments

· Prepare all shipping documents for completed orders

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

· Any other clerical duties need to support the department

Minimum Requirements:

· One year of clerical experience

· Solid Office skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)

· Strong communication skills

· Proven mathematical ability

· Attention to detail

· Self-motivated

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize

· Demonstrate problem solving ability

· Willingness to learn and evolve within the position and company
