What we are looking for: We are looking for a Spa Front Desk Agent that is a diligent, responsible, and approachable attitude and personality. Someone passionate and dedicated to ensuring all clients have a luxurious experience at La Belle Esthetique. Must provide and maintain a superior level of client service standards and create a welcoming and relaxing environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |

• Be on time for a shift and maintain a consistent, regular attendance record

• Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.

• Answer the phone promptly and use the client's name throughout the phone conversation.

• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation.

• Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments.

• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.

• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.

• Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when inventory is low.

• Communicate effectively with all service providers, guests, managers, and fellow employees.

Pay: $37,440.00 - $56,660.00 per year
