Who We’re Looking For:
  • Outgoing, responsible, positive individuals who are genuinely passionate about driving exceptional customer experience
  • Eager and sales-oriented professionals with enthusiasm about beauty and skincare products, and have experience in the retail market
  • Must be a people-person with natural charisma that creates rapport with customers and builds long-lasting client retention
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an exceptional customer experience at every touch point of the clients experience in the studio, while having strong focus on maximizing retail potential and client retention
  • Responsible for selling the brands’ unique offerings, workouts, homecare products, and maintaining firm understanding of all, as they become updated with company business
  • Demonstrate the ability to attract and entice customers with effective retail theatre, incorporating the client journey & brand story
  • Confidently answer all client inquiries regarding FaceGym workouts, while communicating accurate contraindications to clients at point of booking
  • Coordinate smooth running of daily business, while effectively communicating the company cancellation and lateness policy to clients, and appropriately enforcing as necessary, with tact and professionalism
  • Manage customer complaints with confidence, and overcome selling challenges, both in the studio and over the phone
  • Ensuring the front desk and workstations are clean according to Health & Safety guidelines, and stocked with the products and tools/equipment necessary to carry out all FaceGym services and job tasks
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all the whole team throughout the day and day-to-day handover, making the team aware of any challenges may arise
  • Demonstrate full proficiency of Zenoti system booking system, and all operating point-of-sale systems, registers and card machines
  • Work to support management by through necessary cover across studio locations, when necessary, to further support the brand and drive the business forward
  • Portray a professional image at all times, ensuring high-standard representation of the brand, and consistently maintaining a positive demeanor while engaging with all stakeholders
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene while adhering to FaceGym uniform and grooming guidelines
  • Meet individual targets and performance goals, and accurately completing all required paperwork and reports for the store and the team
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must have 2+ years with customer service and retail, with minimum 1 year in the spa/beauty industry
  • Must have experience working with client booking systems, and selling skincare products
  • Must be flexible to work a reasonable combination of evenings and rotating holidays, including minimum 4 weekend shifts per month
  • Must be consistently punctual, reliable, flexible, and dedicated to assigned work commitments
  • Must always demonstrate brand loyalty and represent the FaceGym F.A.M.I.L.Y. values with all work-related activities and stakeholder interaction
  • Must be willing to support across all locations, when necessary, to further support and drive the business
  • Pay rate: $18/hr plus 5% or 10% product commission
We have multiple of full time and part time shift vacancies:
UES (74th and 2nd)
  • Saturday, Sunday and Monday: 10am-7pm
Saks 5th Ave:
  • Wednesday-Sunday: 12pm-8pm (only for the month of December)
  • Starting January 1st, the hours will be until 7pm
NoHo: For the month of December, the studio will close at 9pm and starting January 1st, it will close at 8pm.
  • Monday: 3pm-9pm
  • Tuesday: 8am-3pm or 3pm-9pm
  • Thursday: 8am-3pm or 3pm-9pm
  • Friday: 3pm-9pm
  • Saturday: 3pm-9pm
