If you just answered "yes" three times, we want to talk to you! We are looking for an experienced, hands- on, bright, motivated, results oriented manager to join our team as the SPA Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The SPA Manager is responsible for direct oversight of the administrative operations of the studio. This position ensures that the studio is providing the industry’s best experience with each and every client. This position is also responsible for daily coaching and mentoring the Sales/Client Service Staff to ensure a flawless experience and meet established studio goals. Duties of the SPA Manager include but are not limited to:

HIRING & TRAINING:

  • Oversee the Customer Service and Massage Therapist staff hiring process
  • Conduct administrative training in accordance with established processes
  • Complete regular Performance Reviews of Sales/Client Service staff and Therapists
  • Coach, mentor and train staff in the areas of: customer service, sales and studio operations

DAILY OPERATIONS:

  • Create a warm, inviting environment for our staff and our clients
  • Oversee compliance to all established processes throughout the studio
  • Directly responsible for weekly, monthly and yearly sales goals
  • Demonstrate complete competency and proficiency with Web based scheduling and Studio Data Management System
  • Maintain website marketing and update all Facebook, Twitter and Social Networking accounts
  • Communicate proactively and continuously with Owner and Staff
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the studio

OTHER DUTIES:

  • The manager is expected to be flexible with their schedule, lead by example by being on time and be available when needed.
  • Other Duties as assigned and help with anything that will benefit the studio

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Wellness/SPA operations, sales, customer service experience (5+ years required)
  • Direct supervisory responsibilities in a Wellness/SPA environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow proven successful processes
  • Ability to accept accountability and not make excuses in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to plan in advance, follow up and deliver, and remain confident and calm under stress
  • Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Web-based scheduling

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Wellness/SPA: 5 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
