Special Loader – McIntryre, GA Formula for Success: You Will… Responsibility and accountability includes, but is not limited to: Have a workable knowledge of math and write legibly. Be capable of learning and using the computer software system to fill customer orders appropriately. Follows BASF safety, sampling and loading procedures while filling customer orders. Properly fill and load according to customer requirements. Pass and continue to hold all certifications to operate a forklift. Be physically capable of performing job duties in a hazardous environment. Monitor and control process and adjust as needed to maintain quality of product and productivity expectations. Troubleshoot quality, process, and mechanical issues. Report equipment issues to supervisor. Serve as groundman for track mobile for the movement of rail cars. Retrieve orders in SAP and print all required documents. Conduct inventory of storage tanks and silos. Assist with the replacement of Sweco screens. Inspect and clear rail cars and trucks. Perform pressure tests on rail cars to ensure quality of shipment. Operates Tractor to safely spot railcars. Possess and maintain skills required for a teamwork environment. Keep area orderly through housekeeping and daily cleanup. Conduct pre-shift inspections of equipment for safe and proper operating conditions. Enter shipment data into SAP. Enter shift production information into DOR.
