If you have:

• Ability to understand instructions in written, oral or diagram form;
• Problem solving skills involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations;
• Ability to perform basic functions of arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure;
• Ability to read, write and speaking at a basic level;
• Ability to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.

A typical day may look like this:

• More technical setup and run the machine with maximum efficiency and productivity
• Operate machine using measuring tools
• Understanding of work tolerances
• Monitoring work quality
• Keep tooling and work organized
• Reading and signing of paperwork
• Fill out production log daily
• Inspecting and Charting of work

• 100% standing/sitting (employees preference)

• 5 -10% shifting or bending

• Lifting up to 25 lbs.
