Job Description – BA/PM:

- Experience with multiple Stakeholders/cross functional teams with excellent persuasive skills.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Banking Domain – Treasury, Trade and AML process is desirable.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; help in writing specifications
- Improve systems by studying current practices; help in designing modifications. Recommend controls by identifying problems.
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team.
- Hands on with BA activities like preparing BRD, User stories.
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Knowledge of Flexcube / Core Banking would be an added advantage. Hands on with Database (support related like ability to read and understand functions, procedures) is desirable.
- CSPO/PMP certified would be added advantage.
