Job Description

This position is responsible for processing a bi-weekly payroll; therefore superior attendance at work is necessary. This position will also demonstrate a high level of integrity, in-depth payroll knowledge, and a pro-active approach to customer service. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Processes a bi-weekly payroll
• Maintains, scans, and updates all employee records and reports utilizing current Payroll/HRIS system, Excel software information.
• Provide accurate and timely payroll information to employees and management.
• Receive, calculate, enter and approve payroll reports for payment of paychecks.
• Payroll Administrator for Payroll/HRIS system.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Human Resource Management with one year of experience in processing payroll OR High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) with three years of experience in processing payroll. ADP experience preferred.
• Any similar combination of education and experience.
• Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices in Payroll processes.
• Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and superior listening skills.
• Organizational, and typing skills. Must be proficient in Excel.
