The Position:

Specialty Account Managers act as a single point of contact to manufacturer, payor, referral source partners, or other clients. The Specialty Account Manager addresses inbound client requests, administers and ensures compliance with executed service agreements, and acts as an interdepartmental liaison. Specialty Account Managers are experts on Soleo Health intake, clearance, pharmacy, and nursing workflows so they may quickly and effectively troubleshoot client concerns in a manner that meets or exceeds the client’s expectations. Responsibilities include:

  • Administers Manufacturer or other client service agreements, including ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and assisting in developing SOPs and business rules specific to these agreements
  • Provides training to clinical and non-clinical staff regarding the services required by service agreements and workflows to successfully execute the services
  • Serves as a single point of contact to Manufacturers, Payors, or other clients
  • Troubleshoots and seeks resolution for inbound client requests or concerns. This requires mastery in understanding Soleo Health Intake, Clearance, Pharmacy, and Nursing workflows
  • Assists in coordination of services related to a client relationship or TCMC program
  • Audits core and enhanced services provided to ensure the services are provided professionally and competently
  • Investigates any data discrepancies and seeks resolution
  • Schedules and participates in quarterly business reviews between client and interdepartmental staff
  • Promotes teamwork, proactivity, leadership, service, mentorship, positivity, innovation, and optimism to strengthen staff and contribute to excellent work environment and customer service
  • Embraces Soleo’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives, and plays an active role in supporting these programs
Requirements:
  • Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician preferred
  • Experience with referral Intake, Clearance, and Reimbursement
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Applicable active state licensure if required
  • Prior experience in home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy preferred
  • Prior experience with CPR+ pharmacy computer system preferred
  • Intermediate ability with Microsoft Excel, specifically able to manipulate and interpret data in spreadsheets
  • Basic to intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Outlook
