Davis Place in Danielson CT is seeking a Speech Therapist to join their team.
Our therapy team is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. .
Qualifications:
- CT SLP License
- Experience in LTC preferred but not required
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct regular screening of residents to figure out the best intervention or treatment for each individual patient.
- Evaluate residents to develop treatment plans and establish short- and long-term goals to achieve the desired outcome.
- Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families and other team members.
- Conduct therapy according to established treatment plan and ensure proper documentation and billing of therapy services
- Follow all companies policies and procedures
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday
- 24-40 hours
- Flexible hours
