Sports Facility Operations Manager Job at Big Show Sports Complex
Manage baseball, soccer and other sports tournaments, leagues and events.
Provide day-to-day leadership and management of operations and hourly staff. Role includes opening and/or closing facility, overseeing the daily operations, and interacting with customers. This position is primarily focused on weekday afternoon/evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities Include
o General Management
o Schedule and oversee all part-time, and intern staff
o Overseeing field preparation for various sports
o Communicating with customers and responding to their requests/questions
o Assist with overseeing projects and improvements (ex: turf, nets, signage, cleaning, etc.)
o Oversee snack bar operation
o Must be able to lift heavy objects, 50-75 lbs
This position reports to the General Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
