The Lodge ServicesSpecialist performs custodial and maintenance duties in the lodge facilities and around the mountain. This individual works closely with employees and the public to meet the custodial needs of the area and resolves problems to ensure efficient and safe operations. With that said, no task is too small as working on Donner Summit means we all pick up a shovel, bump chairs, and pitch in all aspects of resort operations no matter our title or pay grade.
Requirements:POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT SODA SPRINGS AND BOREAL MOUNTAIN
While every day is different and our roles may shift based on business needs, here is what you can expect to dive into in this role as a Lodge Services Specialist:
- Ensures all public areas including eating areas, restrooms, lobbies, and waiting areas are presentable to our guests.
- Understands and properly uses cleaning agents and equipment.
- Assists in snow removal and ice management.
- Proactively anticipates potential needs of service and takes initiative to serve areas before it is needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Detail oriented and ability to jump into various janitorial situations
- Able to work effectively independently with quality results
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and accomplish a wide range of tasks
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Available to work both day and evening shifts
- Available to work weekends and holidays
