  • Audit data stored and accessed by disparate platforms including internal databases, Email Service Providers (ESP’s), CRM systems, website CMS, Power BI, and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Design, manage, and optimize complex queries and stored procedures using efficient code to support new and existing reporting requirements with a high degree of accuracy. Assist with data management by developing workflows, automations, and ETL procedures. Assist with the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
  • Work with leading ISPs, email blacklist operators and antispam providers to resolve deliverability issues.
  • Track and report on overall email deliverability metrics and take appropriate action on emerging issues.

Requirements:

  • Expert level proficiency with MS SQL Server (5+ years of T-SQL), including SSMS.
  • Ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for reporting, auditing, and cleansing. Ability to find and correct data errors by interacting directly with relational databases and third-party data sources.

  • Ability to derive business intelligence from complex datasets and provide comprehensive actionable insights, enabling management to readily draw conclusions and make well informed business decisions.
  • Values data integrity and has exceptional attention to detail such that inconsistencies are identified, prioritized, and addressed early on. Compelled to notice and act upon erratic data and illogical/inefficient processes.
  • Ability to anticipate end-user needs, and consistently produce relevant, useful end user experiences.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to be readily understood by non-technical team members by expressing technical issues in common terms.

PEOPLE FIRST: Every decision we make should have some level of positive impact on our customers and/or team. We work hard and strive for balance between our lives in and out of the company.

OWN IT: When things are good, we celebrate. When mistakes are made, we stand up and are accountable for them, we work together to ferret out the issue and tackle it head on. We never hide from the truth.

TENACIOUS OPTIMISM: We do the best we can every time, and when that isn’t enough, we work harder & never give up on a project or mission if we believe in it. However, this doesn’t mean we wear blinders

RESULTS: The outcomes we achieve allow us to grow, identify opportunities, help our customers, and ensure a strong, supportive where we want to be.

We hire, fire, review, reward, and recognize our teammates based on these characteristics, so it’s essential that you share these values in order to be part of our team. We work hard to live and breathe these values, so if you don’t embody them, it will seriously stand out. Better to know now.
