We're searching for a Sr, Software Engineer I (Automation), reporting to the Sr. Manager, Automation who will drive the day-to-day operations of an RPA team.
Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible to drive the day-to-day operations of an RPA team
  • Mentor and lead other RPA Developers including people management
  • Discuss business requirements with subject matter experts within the business and design relevant automation solutions
  • Work on multiple tasks, prioritizing and organizing these tasks to maximize productivity
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing code
  • Migrate bots from AA V11 to A360
  • Utilize Quality Assurance processes to help prevent bugs
  • Document automation procedures
  • Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback
  • Adhere to coding best practices and produce top quality code
Qualifications:
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or demonstrated industry hands-on experience
  • Have 4+ years of strong real-world experience with Automation Anywhere based RPA development including 1+ year with A360
  • 8+ years in the RPA space (including AA or other RPA technologies)
  • Experience with agile development processes
  • Understanding of Development Operations and server architecture
  • Strong inclination toward learning new automation strategies
  • A process-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Bug fixing skills
  • JIRA experience
  • ServiceNow experience
  • AA Version 11 Certifications
  • A360 Certifications
  • Have the ability to work well with offshore resources & end users in cross functional teams
  • Strong communication skills
