Staff Accountant Job at WT Equipment
WT Equipment is an agricultural and light construction equipment dealership with 8 locations in Arkansas and Louisiana. Some of the major brands we offer include New Holland, Bobcat, Case, Vermeer, Bush Hog, and Hustler. The dealership has been family owned since 1973. We pride ourselves in offering our customers the best products to meet their equipment and service needs.
The Staff Accountant essential duties include:
- · Profit and loss reports
- · Reserve calculations
- · Account write off’s
- · Reconciling Bank Statements
- · Reconciling various G/L accounts
- · Accounts Payable
- · Other tasks as assigned
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (preferred)
· Proficiency in use of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
· Detail-oriented
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to perform essential job duties with limited supervision
· Valid driver’s license
· Experience with CDK Global business software a plus
· Experience with the farming and construction industry a plus
