We are currently seeking motivated candidates for our Staff Bookkeeper position located at our Corporate Office in Falmouth, Maine.
We are currently seeking motivated candidates for a Bookkeeper Assistant located at our Corporate Office in Falmouth, Maine. As a Bookkeeper Assistant, you will assist our accounting department in performing accounting and bookkeeping functions for the company, including financial reporting, payroll, budgeting, account reconciliation, processing Accounts payable and Accounts receivable, etc.
Additional required skills and abilities:
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
Must maintain a level of flexibility to tackle new projects and initiatives in a creative and efficient way
Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and evolution
Position Qualifications:
Knowledge of accounting procedures
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn new programs
