Staffing Assistant
This position coordinates with local manufacturing and distribution companies to fill/staff their industrial job openings. The Staffing Assistant is responsible for the customer service process, receiving/processing applications, and assigning qualified employees to clients. This is a fast paced, high-energy position that requires a strong ability in people skills and team building.

Shift: Monday - Friday; Weekends, as needed
Pay: Based on experience
Job Requirements
We are looking for candidates that possess the following skills:
- Excellent People Skills
- Type 50 PM
- Strong computer experience with databases, EXCEL, WORD, Internet, Email, and other Microsoft programs.
- Ability to create spreadsheets and Word documents.
- Proven ability in providing services in a business to business environment.
- Customer Service (Outside of call centers)
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous experience in a small or branch office environment
- Very Fast paced
- Friendly and Outgoing
- Articulate in verbal communication.
- Strong written communication.
