Staffing Coordinator Job at Clean Team, Inc.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Connecting with a high volume of prospective candidates, prescreen candidates and set them up for interviews.
- Matching candidates with positions and schedule them for interviews.
- Consistently checking the system and Queue for open positions
- Managing phone calls (ensuring most calls are not answered by an answering system) and emails.
- Following up with management and candidates via phone and email.
- Contacting candidates about interview schedules and hiring decisions.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize according to needs.
- Communicating with the other coordinators within organization
- Completing various projects as assigned, including but not limited to reference verifications, scheduling interviews, compliance documentation and work schedule availability.
Skills/Requirements:
- Prior staffing coordinator experience a plus
· Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, self-directed and capable of working independently, with the ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously and use sound judgment in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proactive team-oriented person who can anticipate needs, take initiative with excellent follow-through and require little direction or supervision.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Paycheck.

Work Schedule: AM Shift: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
