Staffing Coordinator (Los Angeles)
***Position is from 2:30AM-11A. Flexible schedule required including holidays and weekends.
Requirements and Responsibilities
Staffing coordinator primary functions- Assists with HR on-boarding, coordinating and scheduling staff at healthcare facilities, coordinating with internal compliance team to ensure clinicians profiles are compliant and review and processing of weekly timesheets.
· Work with clinicians to obtain necessary documents for HR on-boarding
· Work alongside facilities to fill required staffing needs
· Responding to and assisting clinicians and facilities via e-mail, phone call or text
· Work alongside credentialing department to on-board new clinicians
· Identifying discrepancies and communicate to appropriate departments
· Must be knowledgeable and proficient with Microsoft office
· Time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction
· Effective communication skills (verbal and written), telephone, documentation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.04 - $21.00 per hour
