We are looking for an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team!
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's clinical staffing needs are met.
You will work with Human Resources department and the Hospitals Clinical Departments to assist in recruiting, sourcing, and hiring talent.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Your duties as a staffing coordinator will be to establish staffing patterns and schedules for the hospitals clinical team, nurses and nursing assistants through the facilities Nursing and Clinical Directors. Works with human resources to advise them of staffing needs, terminations, and other information necessary for the smooth flow of work regarding employees... Interprets human resource policies for clinical and nursing staff. Obtains daily staffing information from the patient care units. Coordinates staffing on a projected and shift by shift basis. Assigns staff to cover vacation and sick time. Assigns staff from the float pool. Performs minor secretarial duties. The staff coordinator must gather clinical and nurse application materials, then interview and hire qualified staff for various clinical employers. A nurse's license and medical supervisory experience are required.
Reports to the Hospital CEO.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: Nursing or related Clinical License
License: Nursing required
Experience: Previous Staffing Coordinator experience required, preferably in hospital setting.
- Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications.
- Acquired ability to observe goals as minimum standards and always strives to exceed minimum standards.
- Proficient knowledge of PC computers, tablets and smart phones.

Salary Range: 45,000 – 65,000 based on qualifications and experience
FT Position with Benefit Package offered.
