We are looking for a person to help with a vital part of our small team. The Staffing Executive will help

ensure quality and excellence of service to our clients.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

• Strong computer skills, edit PDFs, and help with social media presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone
• Organize files and office documents
• Register clients & applicants
• Send out appropriate correspondence to clients and applicants (acknowledgment letters, resumes, references, etc.)
• Coordinate logistics for interviews between clients and applicants when needed
• Ensure that all applicant information is complete and thoroughly filled out
• Prepare and revise resumes appropriately for applicants where needed
• Check backgrounds and all references for applicants and send out reference requests to previous employers
• Ensure that all assigned job orders are posted on the company website, LinkedIn, Estate Jobs, and others
• Participate in meetings with team members for job updates, brainstorming and idea-sharing
