Overview:
We are currently seeking a strong leader to join our team as our Staffing Manager. As a Staffing Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the recruiting team achieve weekly performance goals. You will work closely with the Account Managers to ensure revenue goals are met. The idea candidate is someone who has proven leadership experience and is goal oriented with proven success. The selected candidate will be required to showcase how they are able to motivate workers to achieve weekly and showcase methods that will be used to address under performers.
Requirements:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruiters and ensure they are achieving their weekly quota goals
- Manage Staffing and Corporate recruiting requirements
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure thorough understanding of account requirements
- Ensure resource requirements per account are achieved
- Create and execute staffing and corporate hiring strategy
- Generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or management
- Experience in staffing and corporate recruiting
- Proven success in achieving goal oriented
- Ability to work in the corporate office in a hybrid model
- Strong leadership experience
Experience
- 4+ years in recruiting experience Leadership experience
