State-Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) Job Description
STNA Requirements:
Must have the following:
- Ohio Valid STNA License
- Unexpired CPR certification
- Covid-19 test
- BCI check if completed
- TB test record completed
- Physical completed
- Covid Vaccinnation card or and exemption form
Profession Description:
- Assist the patient with activities of daily living
- Responsible for taking vital signs of the residents, as well as another direct patient care
- Travel to patient/organizations locations assigned to support patient well-being.
- Collaborate the patient care to interdisciplinary team in the organization.
- Must always be clean and dressed appropriately with photo ID badge.
- Responsible for documentation in both patients and organizations.
- Communicate and identify patient needs and problems to the shift supervisor.
