Weiders Hardware is a locally owned and operated family hardware store located in the 12 corners area.
General Job Summary
*** Must be 18 years or older***
***Must have every other weekend availability****
***Must be willing to learn to cut keys, tint paint, cut glass, and various software programs, and product knowledge***
**DIY/Home Maintenance skills desired, but not necessary**
Customer Service
Project a positive representation of Weiders Paint and Hardware.
Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.
Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
Store Operations
Ensure accurate receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise in assigned department(s).
Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area, especially in assigned department(s).
Ensure that weekly price changes are done in assigned department(s).
Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor including end caps and ad merchandise.
Participate in store meetings.
Be professional in appearance and actions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
