ABOUT THE ROLE*
We are looking for a Store Manager for our Los Angeles location who is ready to lead the team to ensure that all objectives are met. The ideal candidate is someone who can infiltrate the business working at all levels overseeing every detail and working with a clear and very professional management style. This individual is responsible for owning the representation of the brand in the store, and establishing and maintaining standards and expectations of excellence. This position requires strong interpersonal and communications skills, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit that exercises creative, resourceful decision-making and independent judgment to affect business in impactful ways. This person will manage the entire store's staff, and provide thoughtful leadership to each employee.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Measure and monitor sales performance taking action to improve business performance when needed
Ensure the implementation of plans for meeting and exceeding sales targets
Drive the execution of an elevated customer experience while embodying the brand values
Assist customers and monitor client interaction with the team, provide in the moment coaching for continuous improvement
Communicate daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals to employees
Review monthly and annual P&L performance to protect profitability and achieve target contributions
Ensure a timely completion of all inventory related tasks, procedures, and operation
Communicate company directives, policies, and guidelines to all store employees
Ensure the store is maximizing sales and productivity through effective scheduling
Ensure the timely execution of all merchandising and visual initiatives according to HQ direction
Provide feedback to HQ regarding merchandising needs of the store based on trends and market analysis
Set an example of enthusiasm, knowledge, and understanding of the Dolls Kill brand image and products

REQUIREMENTS*
Minimum of 5 years Retail Experience required
Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience required
Experience working with a sales or retail organization
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities The drive to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for continuous personal and team development
Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities of improvement
A proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work
Knowledgeable with Retail Systems and a strong understanding of Retail Math and KPls
