AAA Washington is looking for a Store Supervisor who has a proven ability to supervise and lead people who are passionate about customer service, the ability to schedule and over-see operations which facilitate the maximization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals.

The successful candidate will display a proficiency in overseeing daily activities of scheduling and store operations, help resolve customer issues regarding sales and services and coordinate all facility matters for the store. They will provide the knowledge necessary to transact travel and membership business in support of store goals.

Qualifications Include:

• Experience in coordination of scheduling and maximization of schedule adherence
• Ability to identify needs and receive direction on staffing increases or decreases
• Collaborate with store manager to establish and manage priorities, oversee product and service offerings and customer service interactions in efforts to increase productivity, quality and profitability
• Ability to work with store manager to monitor budget requirements and compliance related to the travel department
• Proven ability to ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service
• Experience directing and coordinating all facility matters for the office
• Ability to build relationships with various departments, HR and Managers
• Complete projects by planning, organizing and monitoring assignments.
• Promote productivity by following up with employees on work results
• Two to four years related experience and/or training

SALARY

The hourly pay rate for the position ranges from $27.40 - $34.25
