POSITION TITLE: Senior Store Planning Manager
POSITION PURPOSE:
Manage a team of Store Planners to support and achieve GUESS? New Store and Remodel growth goals. Manage the schedules and functions of the Store Planning process. Provide mentoring to Store Planners on all architectural design drawings and supporting documentation created in AutoCAD while balancing design with operational needs and budgets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Collaborate with various levels of management to develop schedules, procedures, and systems to enable the timely and informative accumulation, adjustment, and reporting of financial data. Ensure effective administration of defined processes and programs. Understand process or program expectations and standards, collect and assess data and information to construct and implement a solution. Manage resource efforts and timelines throughout the development of processes, programs and projects according to defined or redefined direction or expectation. Support strategic direction with team motivation, coaching and comprehension.
Provide guidance to Store Planners regarding floor plans, elevations and supporting drawings to ensure that the prototypical brand standards are executed. Manage and lead Store Planners in a team environment and partner with managers across the department to ensure teams are aligned to execute overall brand strategy and company mission. Work with Visual and Construction team members from strategic accounts in reviewing scope of work for remodel stores.
Manage and maintain the remodel and new store construction schedule and budget. Develop and maintain Architectural, Fixture, Graphic and Merchandising standards, documents and tools for all Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings and documents. Interface with Construction and Design vendors to ensure seamless integration of GUESS? standards and set a project schedule for approval. Provide and coordinate training for Store Planners.

$70,000.00
Salary Maximum
$100,000.00
Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to, market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role. GUESS?
