MISSION

The Strategic Partnership Lead will own part of Gordian’s global portfolio of travel website partners and will design and lead our strategy for onboarding, managing, and growing with our current partners. This role is a cornerstone of our commercial team and is responsible for new customer and product launches, revenue generation, and customer experience. Examples of a high-impact goal you would own include expanding business with our largest customer by enabling them to sell novel ancillary products in markets across the globe for diverse populations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of high-paced customer-facing business experience

• Experience with scoping, configuring, and managing complex systems and processes

• Passion for solving complex problems

• Data-driven problem-solving capabilities

• Experience as an overall customer-facing “athlete” in a startup environment while wearing multiple hats (or otherwise yet-to-be-defined roles)

• Proven ability to manage high complexity projects

• Prioritize customers for product launches, testing, and improving our customer experiences

• Highly skilled at relationship building and communicating technical concepts

• Creative thinking and development of innovative business solutions

• High EQ and ability to lead as needed

• Motivated by a fast-paced, high impact environment

• Proactive and comfortable operating amidst ambiguity

• Clear communicator with a bias to collaborate

HYBRID REMOTE ENVIRONMENT

We have a system for hybrid work called 7+1. Read about it here. Our remote teammates travel to Bellevue, WA for a full week once every two months. We think it combines the best of remote and in-person environments and it requires everyone not working from Bellevue to travel 6x per year.
