Structural Steel Detailer/Project Manager/Scheduler Job at Factory Direct Supply
Structural steel fabrication company in search of a driven project management candidate for fast growing Florida market. Must be able to review drawings, produce quotes, visit job-sites when needed, and work well with the shop fabrication supervisors as well as field installation personnel.
Candidates must possess these key skills:
- Customer driven
- Works well within team framework
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Can meet deadlines under pressure
- Has real world practical commercial & residential structural steel construction knowledge
- Proficient in estimating, detailing software (AutoCad, Bluebeam, aSa, Shear etc.)
Compensation includes base, performance incentive(s), health plan, reimbursed expenses and paid time off.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,500.00 - $62,500.00 per year
Experience:
- Commercial & Residential construction field: 5 years (Preferred)
- Construction Estimating: 5 years (Preferred)
- Structural Steel Estimating: 5 years (Preferred)
- Autocad, Bluebeam or similar: 5 years (Preferred)
