The CDS Human Resource Assistant works within the HR office and assists with the hiring and processing of over 1500 employees. The office hours are 8am-4:30pm and is open year round except for major holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year’s. We are looking for an individual who can be here during our peak periods including January as the students return to school and the week prior to the students returning in August. The student position is responsible for filing, assisting employees with the online HR portal, completing new hire paperwork and onboarding the employees, conducting new hire orientations, conducting time and attendance audits, maintaining confidentiality, and other various tasks as required. This position requires a level of professionalism and it is expected all information seen, heard, observed will remain confidential.
