Position Announcement
Utah Valley University is seeking a student to assist the campus store!
Summary of Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Employees will be required to know the duties of the cashier, floor workers, customer service, and sales
- Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with questions
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Cashier will be accountable for cash and other transactions
- Balance the cash tray at the end of their shift
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a current UVU Student.
- General knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Must have a Spring 2023 Class Schedule.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities
- Experience with Apple products.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and handle stress well.
- 10 key and accounting skills may be helpful.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to be on time for work.
