Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and fun welcoming environment for employees, guests, and others.
• Upholding a culture and standard of constant vigilance and safety.
• Managing and communicating daily tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Ensuring and maintaining a full lifeguard schedule for facility hours.
• Communicating with patrons, on site management, and American Pool supervisory personnel.
• Overseeing day to day operations including maintenance of pool chemical levels and filtration equipment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Suitland, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Lifeguard: 2 years (Required)
• Pool Operation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Lifeguarding Certification (Preferred)
