Job Summary - SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT

• 6-7 week commitment beginning on June 21st, on-site in NE Pennsylvania

Camps Equinunk and Blue Ridge is looking for an experienced baseball coach to deliver our boy’s baseball program.

Our hope is to find someone who can teach the fundamentals of the game while challenging our players who play in leagues at home. You will be a highly motivated, passionate individual who will ensure a positive, fun experience for our campers.

The head coach will work from June 19th to August 13th 2023 (Dates flexible) and live on–site at our campus in Equinunk, PA. Accommodation and meals will be provided.

Salary is commensurate with experience and includes room and board.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for well-being of the campers & showing them an amazing summer of growth
• Oversee the baseball summer program and manage assistant coaches.
• Ensure a positive, fun experience for all campers
• Being an active and involved character in and around campus, not just on the baseball field.

Qualifications and Skills

• Available from June 19th to August 13th 2023 and able to stay on campus - Dates flexible
• Currently coaching youth baseball.
• 5 + Years of coaching Experience
• Experience working with children
• Must have knowledge of sports/coaching and be at least 18 years of age

Compensation

• Competitive salary based on experience.
