The Operations Manager will report to the Director of Camping Service. The operations manager will be responsible for setting up activities, setting up snacks, making sure campers all have lunches, ordering Friday pizza, keeping snack closet organized and maintained, ordering supplies as needed with directors approval, running errands in camp vans as needed, filling in with groups as needed. The Operations Manager primary responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with campers and ensuring their needs are met, supervising, role modeling and guiding camp staff, assisting in the creation and facilitation of camp activities.
