Job Title: Summer Camp Program Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking summer camp Program coordinators to join our team at www.thehomeschoolbunch.com. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Coordinators for our summer camp in Atlanta. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning and implementing a fun, safe, and engaging summer camp program for children. This includes creating schedules, coordinating activities, managing staff, communicating with parents, and ensuring all safety regulations are being followed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive summer camp program for children
• Create schedules, plan activities, and manage staff to ensure a fun and engaging experience for campers
• Communicate with parents regarding camp activities, updates, and any concerns
• Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed and that the camp is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, fundraising, and marketing

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a program coordinator role, preferably in a summer camp or youth program setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences for them

Coordinators are considered Independent Contractors and will be responsible for all fees associated with their background check.
