Teen Leadership/Bogrim Director will report to the Director of Camping Serives and is responsible for overseeing camper's ages 14 thru 16 years. The Bogrim Unit Head's primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintaining positive relationships with Bogrim campers and ensuring their needs are met, training and instructing Leadership according to the Bogrim curriculum which will facilitate development of skills related to camp activities, abiding by policies and leadership necessary to hone their leadership skills and develop valuable professional related skills. In addition, program, create curriculum for Bogrim, plan special weekly programs for Bogrim to lead with campers, create wonderful communication, etc.
