This position is eligible for a $6000 retention bonus ($2500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary Range

Dependent upon qualifications

$59,455.65 - $89,183.48

Position Summary

This position provides program management and development as well as clinical and program supervision to the Adult Day Treatment Program and DBT Services for adolescents and adults. These programs offer mental health interventions and supportive services to SPMI and SED clients. This position is responsible for establishing and adhering to agency and program procedures surrounding the provision of Day Treatment and DBT services. This position needs to have a collaborative style, networking and marketing of services to our county, hospital and community partners is necessary. This position works with the other program supervisors and division director to establish a continuum of treatment services.

Minimum Qualifications

• MSW or MA in human services field
• MN state license and eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities (e.g., LP, LICSW, LMFT)
• Is or is willing to become Nationally Certified in the provision of DBT services
• Minimum of five years' experience providing direct clinical services in a variety of treatment settings
• Clinical supervision and program development experience
• Experience and competence in treating SPMI/SMI adults and SED Children

Preferred Qualifications

• DBT Training and/or Certification
• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
• Two years supervisory or program management experience
• Familiarity with Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services and Supported Employment
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
