Job Description:
The Supervisor, Managed Services, supervises a team of AMP Account Managers & Campaign Specialists responsible for the intake, tasking, creation and delivery of client’s monthly, omni-channel marketing campaigns. In collaboration with Management, the Supervisor, Managed Services oversees daily operations, process execution, team member development and client support as needed.
  • Supervise Account Manager process and oversee work quality to ensure consistency, quality and efficiency under the direction of the Manager & Sr. Manager leading the AMP Marketing Services team.
  • Proactive involvement in client issues, escalations and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Completes operations assigning, reviewing, and monitoring work; gathering resources, resolving operations problems, and maintaining communication and awareness with the Manager & Senior Manager of the AMP Marketing Services team, across assigned teams and locations.
  • Ensure the customer experience vision is delivered upon and requests are acted upon in a timely manner.
  • Builds effective teams leveraging the recruitment process for balancing staffing levels with business needs.
  • Participates in cross-functional teams and task forces to continuously improve client service quality.
  • Evaluates process efficiencies and updates process design collaborating with leadership to balance across multiple for daily design deliverables.
  • Serves as a point of contact in client coverage for Team Members utilizing PTO or other means of leave.
  • Communicates healthy work environment by establishing and reviewing organization best practices and policies.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of established team concepts and technology
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
  • Experience in managing at team, leading teams, and coaching to achieve team goals
Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Specialization in the operations and best practices in email marketing
  • Proficient in creating and facilitating informational sessions by identifying client needs and requirements
  • Ability to identify, design, and implement education sessions for individuals and teams
  • Experience building effective teams
  • Strong communication
COMPENSATION
Compensation includes a base salary of $70,000 - $105,000. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
