ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Supervisor to help the Mental Health Residential department do its best work. The ideal candidate has to wear many hats daily: communications expert, conflict resolutions master, and organizational guru. You’ll also be responsible for staffing/staff training, internal and external relationship building, and ongoing operations!

The Garden View Manor Comprehensive Mental Health Personal Care Home Supervisor will be one of two supervisors working with the 33 colleagues and 56 residents at this facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, especially in their own home.

ABOUT YOU If you’ve always been your team’s best positive-reinforcement coach, we’re looking for you! Our Supervisors really believe that “team work makes the dream work,” and work tirelessly to bring that to life in our daily work life. If you’re ambitious, results-driven, and solutions-focused, we’re looking for you!

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Trinity Health is a family of 115,000 colleagues and nearly 26,000 physicians and clinicians across 25 states. Because we serve diverse populations, our colleagues are trained to recognize the cultural beliefs, values, traditions, language preferences, and health practices of the communities that we serve and to apply that knowledge to produce positive health outcomes. We also recognize that each of us has a different way of thinking and perceiving our world and that these differences often lead to innovative solutions.

Our dedication to diversity includes a unified workforce (through training and education, recruitment, retention, and development), commitment and accountability, communication, community partnerships, and supplier diversity.
